When anxiety arises it first indicates to you that something is wrong. If you go into a meditative state, while the anxiety is going on, if you can detached from the anxiety itself, not think that I am anxious. There is anxiety inside, let me look at it you don’t run away from it turn around and look at it.

For example – it happens that a tiger will be running behind you in your dream, you are running, there is fear inside. But at some moment you either realize you can’t run anymore, you turn back to face your death – Tiger vanished you wake up, it’s like that.

Anxiety arises from fear , fear arises from the perception that things are not right. Degree of things are not right , will substance degree of anxiety or fear. But the thing that - it is not right, itself is a illusion, it’s just perception. So your reality is defined by your perspective, how can you stabilize this perspective is the game.

You can not only stabilize your perception but you can actually harness perceived negative things like anxiety fear.

Anxiety the first thing is it’s a straight away pointer that something is misaligned, it will bring you to an awareness. It is your disalignment  with your actual self which is there inside, which is so big that it is now energy is coming out.

Conscious mind can’t understand that from where does it coming, so forget about how to deal with it. Because we ignore a lot of science, pointing us in the right direction, we start going in the wrong direction for us.For what we are built to experience.

Actually nothing is right or wrong, but coming to human prospective , it indicates that you are missing your way. The mind we have is limited by our fears, insecurities this and that. Thing is that it is a indicator expression of energy, energy is neither good or bad , right or wrong, less or more, energy is energy. you just have to use it in a positive way.
